The Barnes-Batty family

Research trip March 2007.

We decided to visit NZ. and discover all it has to offer our family. We landed in Auckland with many questions and a list of things to do.
Richard was there, smiling and waiting. We really appreciated being picked up after the long flight and then taken to our hotel. He then gave us a 2 day personal tour of Auckland and surrounding areas. We where able to meet with Sonya, a mortgage broker and banker. We rattled off our questions, learned a great deal and put our minds at rest on a number of issues.

Later in our trip, Richard liaised with local estate agents and arranged a cross section of properties to be viewed. Richard also arranged a visit with a patron from a local school, this gave us valuable information on how the school system works in New Zealand.

We could not have achieved our goals without Richards dedicated support. The service he provided was superb, enabling us to gather the information required and also have a family holiday to remember. We are and remain , indebted to him.

My Family and I moved to New Zealand in 2005 with the help and guidance of Richard.
As we had no experience of the New Zealand Immigration process we were glad Richard was a call or e-mail away. His common sense approach and experience of having done it himself made the move positive and largely uneventful.
Several plans were put in place before we left the UK to aid the move. We were pleasantly surprised how much we could organise so that we were ready to go when we got here and this made all the difference.
Richard was there every step of the way even down to meeting us from the airport when we landed. It was really nice to see a friendly face when we were totally exhausted and to know our 1st few nights’ accommodation were arranged.
I have no doubt that the level of Service that you would receive would make the process of moving to a different country an achievable goal for your family.
