The Barnes-Batty family

Research trip March 2007.

We decided to visit NZ. and discover all it has to offer our family. We landed in Auckland with many questions and a list of things to do.
Richard was there, smiling and waiting. We really appreciated being picked up after the long flight and then taken to our hotel. He then gave us a 2 day personal tour of Auckland and surrounding areas. We where able to meet with Sonya, a mortgage broker and banker. We rattled off our questions, learned a great deal and put our minds at rest on a number of issues.

Later in our trip, Richard liaised with local estate agents and arranged a cross section of properties to be viewed. Richard also arranged a visit with a patron from a local school, this gave us valuable information on how the school system works in New Zealand.

We could not have achieved our goals without Richards dedicated support. The service he provided was superb, enabling us to gather the information required and also have a family holiday to remember. We are and remain , indebted to him.
